Eluthea is not your standard widebeam boat, she is purely a
houseboat and as such has no engine, based in North Kilworth
Marina with a mooring available for a suitable applicant.

Under the stern deck is a fitted washing machine and storage space.

The two storey aft cabin houses two single bedrooms, one upper and one lower, the former of which could make an ideal office.

The fitout has been completed in a bohemian/contemporary style using
bespoke craftmanship including a treehouse style wheelhouse bedroom carved from white ash.

The galley features high spec equipment. The open plan saloon, dining space and galley creates a very spacious feel which is 27 feet in length.

The offset bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, a feature
washbasin and a cassette wc which is in a separate cubicle within
the room. There is a remote polypropylene tank fitted should you
wish to install a pump out toilet instead.

The forward master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and storage space under the deck with the forward bulkhead having sliding windows for ventilation.

Eluthea is just waiting to become your full time
residence afloat.
