Moored in Hampton (no mooring available with boat)
‘Tidal’ is a recently renovated 50 x 12 widebeam built in 2013 by the popular Dave Clark boat builders.
The current owner has renovated the boat both internally and externally. Tidal is powered by a new 50hp barrus shire engine (only 25 hours old) and was blacked and had new anodes in July 2019. There is a brand new boat safety certificate on her as well.
All of the electrics on the boat are newly installed along with a new Morco gas boiler for hot water. There is a new 2kw inverter charger. There are 2 new 110 ah leisure batteries, with space for 2 more should more power be needed.
Tidal has a spacious back deck with good access to the engine bay. Double steel doors lead to steps in to the open plan living space. Here there is a brand new galley with butchers block work surface and splash back. New gas oven and hob, 240 / 12v fridge, sink and lots of storage. The living area has been painted in neutral colours giving a feeling of light and space, new flooring has been laid and a brand new multifuel stove with tiled surround has been installed for heating.
A corridor leads off the living area with a door into the bathroom. Again this room has been decorated to give a light, modern space. A very large shower has recently been installed, along with a sink and vanity unit. There is ample space for a cassette toilet.
A door from the corridor then leads into the bedroom. This is a large, light space with an island double bed, wardrobe, portholes and double doors to the bow deck.
This boat will make an ideal home for someone and is ready to go now. She is a great size for anyone wishing to continuously cruise her and is already on the Thames close to London so no expensive transport costs (although if she is going further afield we can help arrange transport by water or road). She is currently moored on a private mooring on an island in Hampton and viewing is strictly by appointment only. The mooring is NOT available with the boat.
Please contact us to arrange a viewing.
