Unique opportunity for a future owner to acquire a new, reverse layout, fully electric (with backup generator) canal boat.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and health we are unable to take delivery of a 57' electric canal boat to be delivered February 2024. This boat is in the final stages of fitting out and being built to a high specification both internally and externally with an eye to neutral décor and reduced maintenance.

The boat was commissioned by the present owners in 2022; the hull was built by Aintree Boat Company, Liverpool and is in the final stages of fitting out by Rooi Colchester, Bath Canal Craft. The boat is due for delivery around 20th February 2024 and has a berth until Jan '25 at Braunston Marina where it will be launched in early February. The years mooring is included in the sale.

The boat is reverse layout, galley, saloon, walk- through bathroom with toilet, fitted vanity unit and shower cubicle, opening to bedroom with a split, full width double bed on lifting rams to allow access through double doors to the bow.

The photos show construction to date . There will be a decorative laminated picture glass panel in the aft sliding bathroom door created by Pod4Art and the bed mattresses are memory foam from Ship Shape World.

The present owners will complete the build and take delivery of the boat. Although a berth/mooring has been arranged of a year, should a purchaser wish the boat delivered to another mooring direct from the builders yards this could be discussed
