'Grace' is a 30 year old 41 ft steel hull 3/4 berth blue and cream narrow boat. She is currently moored near Peterborough. She has a 35 HP Kubota Beta BV 1505 engine with a full diesel tank and is equipped with a Webasto heater, electrical fridge and gas cooker in a fully equipped galley, as well as a solar panel. Moth is a project boat. There is work to be done on the hull, from a recent survey 50% over-plating has been recommended. The inside of the boat is liveable but needs a face lift. The only immediate work to be considered is the reinstatement of the gas cooker, during the latest BSS the rules around gas piping had changed meaning the cooker needed to be disconnected.
