At 40ft Rose of York is a great size to explore the waterways and the design gives a lovely roomy feel.
Entering the boat via the steps at the stern you come to the bedroom which has a double berth. There is some some useful shelving above the bed and a curtain that can be pulled round the bed for privacy. There is also a storage cupboard.
