Bluebell is a very unique Waterlodge Oasis 5, as she was built as a demonstrator to showcase some new finishes we had available, as well as a superb two bedroom/two bathroom layout. As befits a Waterlodge show boat, she is fitted with all mod cons, including a stunning upgraded floor throughout, underfloor heating, combi microwave, dishwasher, and composite exterior decking, as well as the all-essential outside canvas pack to create all-weather seating on the lower deck.

The Waterlodge Oasis 5 is one of the most popular models in the Waterlodge range, offering generous internal space in two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms/WC. The outside spaces are perfect for entertaining, and this particular boat benefits from the full “cockpit enclosure” canvas covers for the forward deck space, turning this into an all-weather entertainment space. In addition, the large roof terrace is perfect for sun worshipping and alfresco entertaining. Being a ‘boat’ it is owned outright with no lease, only paying annual mooring fees which include parking space, gated pedestrian/boat access with 24hr security, CCTV, Wi-FI, luxury shower and laundry room, bike storage, fresh water, waste disposal.

It is not possible to raise a mortgage on these products however it is possible to obtain boat finance through various online brokers.

The manufacturer (Waterlodge UK) has reputation for being outstanding in its field, having a proven history of boat construction with:
• An expert knowledge of materials to keep maintenance low,
• Polyethylene covered catamaran style hulls to give stability and longevity,
• A galvanised steel frame to resist wear in the water.
• Electricity is metered so you only pay for what you use.

Officially opened by HM The Queen in 1978, Brighton Marina features a working harbour, residential housing and wide selection of restaurants, boutiques and amenities including a supermarket, bowling alley and multiplex cinema. A short journey along the seafront road takes you into the heart of Brighton and Hove where the wealth of beautiful Regency, Victorian and Edwardian properties sit side by side with the hubbub of today’s café culture and independent stores. For those who love to play a round of golf, the par 72 course of the historic East Brighton Golf Club is right on your doorstep, while the picturesque village of Rottingdean is nearby.
