With an optional extra costing over 3k {hern} steering wheel which was fitted by Viking Boats Ltd.

•Owned and cared for by her current owner since 2021, Sonia has been regular maintained and serviced all receipts available, with a Boat Safety Scheme (BSS) certificate issued in 2022 and hull blackened completed two years ago, ensuring peace of mind and long-term protection. Also she has been machine polished and a layer of marine grange pain protection applied just before the coming winter months.

° Throughout the boat there are four full sized radiators located in each room to keep warm and cosy during winter months, combined together with the lovely cast iron log burner in the living room, this heats up the boat way quicker and keeps it that way far much better than compared to in my house!

° In our storage compartments I will be passing on all relevant paraphernalia that will help and contribution towards the maintenance and up keep of the boat, whether that might be some external work needing to be carried out such as paint correction and protection or any handy tools needed to do some repairs within the boat, not that it would be needed, since she's in top top condition.

Interior and Layout

•Stepping down into the cabin, you’re greeted by a bright, open-plan living space that feels immediately homely. The generous 10ft beam provides an airy, comfortable interior, perfect for year-round living or long getaways.

•The galley kitchen features a gas cooker with an extractor fan, powered by three bottled gas tanks conveniently stored at the bow, microwave tucked away underneath a storage cabinet, a 12v fridge, offering full functionality for home-style cooking. There’s a countertop space and storage all around that makes this boat even more roomy than you would expect.

•Moving through, the open space and modern saloon area offers flexibility whether you wish to create a cosy lounge, a dining space, or sleep another extra people with the fold out sofa bed, there’s plenty of room to personalise to your taste. Plenty of cupboard storage space along the wall, which makes it practical without compromising roominess.

•A spacious bedroom sits towards the stern, providing a peaceful retreat after a day’s cruise. Designed with practicality in mind, it offers excellent built-in storage, including three wardrobes, one single and two doubles with one of them featuring sliding glass doors and plenty of overhead storage compartments and not forgetting storage underneath the the bed.

•The bathroom is modern and well appointed, featuring a quality shower/bath, toilet and wash basin with underneath storage and extra shelf's allocated. Everything you need for comfortable onboard living.
