Rosie is a 48ft Cruiser Style Narrowboat.
S W Durham hull fitted out by Silsden Boats as a hire boat in 1999.
Hull survey done in March 2024, Following this the boat had the remedial works on the hull completed and it was blacked in Epoxy paint by Pennine Cruisers in June 2024. All documents available to view.
All original paperwork available. Boat Safety Certificate till 2027.
Fixed double bed at rear and living area converts into another bed.
Beta Marine 33hp diesel engine also supplies hot water calorifier.
New engine mounts 2023. Newage hydraulic gearbox.
600l water tank and 200l diesel tank. 3 new leisure batteries 2022.
Victron charger and Sterling 1800W inverter.
Sockets with USB and Sterling 350W inverter. .
Inlander low voltage fridge. Alde central heating.
All windows replaced with Caldwells windows 2019.
Pump out toilet. Shoreline hook up and cable
Extensive inventory including crockery and cutlery and pans, Window vac and vacuum cleaner, Hose pipes, and all cruising inventory.
The owners simply live too far away now to use the boat as much as they’d like to.
