‘Dez Rez' was commissioned by Severn Valley Boat Centre on 01/10/2004 for her original owner.
She has been in the hands of the current owner for 3 years and is now for sale in excellent condition.
She has been moored in a secure marina by the current owner, but is equipped for ‘off grid’ living and cruising and comes with a full inventory of equipment.
Mooring available - 5 mins to station - 30 mins to London Euston.
A hull survey was carried out in 2021 and is available to prospective purchasers to view.
A new Safety certificate was issued in July 2024 - passed first time, no advisories.
Engine last serviced August 2023.

Accommodation

From the stern, the traditional aft deck opens via a sliding hatch and double steel, timber lined doors to the engine room with good access to the engine, stern gear and batteries. Steps lead forward via a starboard side cabin door to the master cabin with a fitted, full height wardrobe locker, fitted double bed with storage drawers beneath and overhead locker and reading light, ceiling lights, two port hole windows and a radiator.
From the starboard side corridor, a door leads to the spacious, partially tiled bathroom with a wash basin mounted in a built in corner unit, a three-quarter size bath with tiled surrounds, mixer tap and shower attachment, Thetford cassette toilet with spare cassette, large mirror, port hole window and ceiling lights.
The galley is in a traditional U shape with timber fitted storage units and overhead lockers, shelving, solid wood work top with inset stainless steel double sink and drainer and mixer tap, appliances including microwave, grill and oven, Shoreline fridge and a Zanussi compact washing machine.
A pair of half doors are located on the starboard side, adding light and fresh air to the galley and saloon space.
The saloon extends to the forward cabin doors and has a fitted Morso solid fuel stove on a tiled plinth with a tiled surround, a small Zanussi freezer, a small corner unit with a space for a TV to be mounted above and a 4G wifi router, ceiling and wall lights, four hopper-style windows with blinds.
The forward doors lead onto the well deck with two storage lockers and a cratch cover, and LPG locker in the bow.
The interior is lined in hardwood faced plywood with oak joinery and the flooring is a wood effect vinyl over plywood.

Engine removed, engine compartment grit-blasted, engine replaced and serviced and prop shaft re-packed August 2021.
The hull was last blacked 12 months ago with 4 coats of bitumen. The boat also benefited from a full repaint in August 2023.
Windows are aluminium framed, single glazed port hole and hopper windows.
