Crafted with innovation and care, Sea Otter narrowboats stand apart from the crowd.
While most shells are built from steel, Sea Otters are constructed from aluminium, offering exceptionally low maintenance and removing the need for traditional hull painting.
Any coating is purely cosmetic and Luter Maris has been freshly blacked in June 2025, keeping her looking pristine.
The Sea Otter boats feature integrated ballast tanks, which can be filled with water for cruising and easily emptied should you require road transport.
Inside, Luter Maris makes great use of space, comfortably sleeping up to six, including a permanent double berth. There is also a wet room with shower and pump-out toilet, diesel central heating, and a full size gas cooker.
Electrical provision onboard is via a landline connection, Victron 1.8kW inverter, 40A Sterling charger, and a 250W solar panel. Propulsion is by a Barrus 20hp diesel engine, aided by a 12V bow thruster, making maneouvering effortless.
