Electrics: 12v throughout, 240v via shoreline and 1600w Sterling inverter. Galvanic isolator, 2 x solar panels 100w and 125w (one is damaged)

Heating: Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, Webasto diesel heater feeding 5 radiators.

Water Heating: Calorifier via engine, Webatso diesel heater.

Lining: Tongue and groove throughout on the ceiling and upper walls, painted ply lower walls. Spray foam insulation.

Flooring: Carpet tiles throughout.

Exterior: Stern has a pram hood cover that is is fair condition, the bow has a cratch frame and is covered. The external paintwork is slightly faded but in fair condition as there are no large area of rust.
