After the engine room is a walkthrough bathroom, fitted out with a contemporary vanity unit and ceramic basin, shower cubicle, electric pump-out toilet and a top loading washing machine.

The galley is well-equipped with a built-in oven/grill, separate gas hob and a 12-volt fridge. A stainless steel sink and drainer is set into the worktop beneath which are various cupboards and drawers. An opening side hatch provides additional light and ventilation.

The saloon is spacious. It is currently fitted with loose furnishings including a folding table and a 3 seat ‘futon’ type settee which can be used as a double bed.

At the fore end of the boat is a solid fuel stove and opposite this a cupboard unit which would be suitable for a placing a TV.

Additional heating is provided throughout the boat by radiators powered by the Eberspacher diesel boiler. Steps lead through glazed doors onto the front deck which has a cratch cover and frame.

'The First Lady' has a safety certificate until 2026.
