Gort is a historic 71’ 6” wooden working boat built in 1939 by Nursers, Braunston, converted in 1960. She was built as a working boat for coal carriers Samuel Barlow. She has a wooden hull and superstructure, and a Gardner 2L2 diesel engine. She was originally paired with butty Hazel. The boat is beautifully presented and won the HNBC Keay award in 2024.
