Walton & Son as the last boat built by J.L. Walton & Son. Included with this vessel will be 4 ring binders absolutely packed with provenance, this includes receipts for extensive refit in 2010 at Bates Boatyard at which time the current engine and gearbox was installed to replace original Petter. As recently as April 2018 Rose of York had a very extensive Hull & Accommodation refit by T. Nielsen & Company (Traditional Shipbuilders and Riggers) at The Shipyard, Gloucester Docks costing £30,000. A catalogue of images showing step by step work completed to Rose of York will come as part of a comprehensive provenance pack.
