45 ft steel and fibreglass, 1973 3 cylinder aircooled lister diesel engine, with centre roof that could slide back (needs unsealing). Great starter, steady engine. Small oil leak, small water leak easily controlled by autopump. 12 vt circuit only, woodburner and sink. Needs full overplating circa 12k inc some tiller tube repairs, needs blacking. Survey indicates need for OP work. Selling due to phd and no funds for repairs. Been used as live aboard. In Droylsden. Space for toilet in rear, by side of back door. Some plumbing /for water in place. Can leave my portaloo / hand basin combo if required (not in pictures, and usually I hand shower curtain to block off).
