General Comments About the Boat
Starting at the semi-trad stern, there is fixed bench housing 2 gas bottles together with windlasses, pins etc
Continue forward down steps into the cabin with fixed double bed which can be extended to King Size if required.
Since Covid-19, all duvets, pillows and mattress protectors have been removed and owners are bringing their own.
The bed has two large storage drawers under it and a large shelf and locker cupboards over it. The cabin also offers a wardrobe and small en-suite WC/Shower cubicle with small hand basin. It also offers hanging space for wet coats etc.
A door can close this cabin off from the remainder of the boat. In the day-time this door closes off the boat's spares cupboard from the corridor. There are radiators throughout the boat, in the cabin, bathroom, dinette and lounge.
Beyond the spares cupboard is the door to the bathroom with a corner bath with shower over, raised pump-out WC, full size wash basin with storage cupboards under and access to the cupboard adjacent to the spares cupboard.
The boat has diesel fired central heating and hot water (as well as hot water from the engine).
Next, and towards the front is a fully equipped and stocked galley-kitchen with a large opening side hatch, full size oven and 4 ring gas hob, microwave, full sized new (2020) undercounter fridge, sink, drainer, drawers and cupboards. Separating the galley kitchen from the dinette, there is a suspended glazed door cupboard for all the glasses & crockery.
The L-shaped dinette converts to a double bed with a drawer and storage cupboard under.
The dinette is open too but can be separated from the lounge by a full width/height curtain. The Dinette was re-upholstered in 2020 The lounge has a wardrobe and two drawer unit opposite a multi-fuel stove, two new (2020) large arm chairs/single child's beds, stools, corner TV/radio unit.
There are full height glazed bi-folding doors which open onto the bow deck, with built in locker benches storing water hoses, solid fuel & other equipment.
