Changing Pace is truly a bespoke built narrowboat, having been designed, and built from scratch by the owner. The current owners lived onboard for ten years, cruising widely across the network, including rivers.
She is in the popular REVERSE layout style, with the saloon at the aft.
A sofa bed ensures comfy overnight accommodation for guests, and a solid fuel stove compliments the gas central heating.
The adjacent galley is well fitted with upgraded finishes including quartz worktops, engineered oak flooring, generous storage, gas cooking and a 12V fridge/freezer.
The walk-through shower room houses a cassette toilet and the washing machine is neatly stored away in a cupboard. Hot water is heated by the gas boiler.
At the fore is a cabin which can be used during the day for seating, while the sofa bed makes up to a double berth at night.
230V power is provided by a Victron 3kW inverter, with batteries charged by a Sterling 50A charger, along with trickle charging from the solar array.
Changing Pace is well equipped for both leisure and liveaboard cruising, with scope for the next owner to personalise the interior to their own taste.
