Offered for sale on brokerage is this lovely little 25' Mick Sivewright Owl Class narrowboat.- only purchased from us a couple of years ago but due to personal circumstances she finds herself in need of new owners once again.

Built in 1992 and has a BSS in place until 2028 this boat is well presented.
Last out of water in 2024 when the hull was grit blasted back to steel, zinc sprayed & two packed in Hempadur (total of over 5k spent, receipt can be seen)
It has a Vetus 2 cylinder engine with 1 start & 2 domestic batteries 12v system & has 2 gas cylinders
It has a twin burner gas hob with oven & grill, hot water from the engine to a calorifier, a 12v refrigerator, wet room with a porta potti
The dinette converts to sleep 2 people & a fixed sofa which can sleep 2 - more comfortable for a couple really than for 4.
Has a solid fuel stove & plenty of storage
