Description

Alice is a 42ft Cruiser Stern narrowboat, originally built by Liverpool Boats in 1993 and professionally refitted by Wedgewood Boats in 2006. Offered for sale for the first time in 22 years, she has been lovingly cared for by her current owner who has continually invested in the boat.

A significant programme of hull work was completed in 2017 when D& J Engineering shot-blasted the hull back to bare steel before fitting a new 6mm overplate. During the same programme, the boat also benefited from new rear deck drains, a new bilge sump, and modifications to the gas locker, including improved drainage and a new floor. To complete the work, the hull was protected with three coats of two-pack epoxy blacking, providing excellent long-term corrosion protection.

In 2020, Alice was professionally repainted by Steve Pendall at Swanley Bridge Marina.

Now available for the first time in over two decades, Alice can be viewed at Swanley Bridge Marina, Nantwich.
