Alchemy benefits from a collapsible wheelhouse which is where the galley is located. On a summers day you could easily remove the wheelhouse and enjoy some outdoor cooking. The galley is fully equipped with a Leisure cooker, a breakfast bar and slate worktops that originated from snooker tables. As you enter into the fore cabin, you firstly enter the stunning dining/lounge area which is lined with beautiful oak & walnut. The quality of the craftsmanship is immediately evident with the feature curved wall and sunburst dining room table. There is an L-shaped dinette which also converts into a double bed and there is also an L-shaped sofa in front of a solid fuel stove. Following on there is the spacious off corridor bathroom which contains a pump-out toilet, a shower, a vanity basin and underfloor heating. From then you enter the master bedroom at the bow which has a fixed double bed and ample storage space along with those extra details such as the stained glass inlays in the portholes. The rear cabin of Alchemy has seating which could potentially accommodate more guests or be used as an office space. There is also a 12v Indesit fridge and a washer/ dryer.

Hot water is supplied by a Calorifier/ Immersion. Central heating is supplied by Bubble. A Vetus 120hp engine provides the propulsion housed in under the galley. Vetus gearbox. Bow thruster. Hydraulic steering. Electrics include: 240v landline, a Victron 3000w inverter/ charger, a galvanic isolator, a VHF radio, a camera at the bow to assist mooring, 1 starter & 3 leisure batteries. BSC January 2025. Surveyed, blacked & anodes January 2020. Danforth anchor. Lofrans electric windlass. Canopy (new 2020). Sky lights. Rarely do boats such as Alchemy come onto the market. When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.

This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.

We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
