Wild Rose is an adorable boat that gives the basis for a lovely space for the new owners to make their own.
The roof of Wild Rose was rubbed down and prepped ready for painting prior to the lockdown restrictions and will require little effort to finish the job. The side panels will also need touching up ready for the boat to look its best.
The interior of Wild Rose gives you a good 6’1” head height and is nicely set out. The space is open and light with plenty of windows along its length. The decoration gives the boat a cottage cosy feel giving the boat a depth of character.
Wild Rose has a large stern deck with easy access to the battery and storage compartments. The engine is a Air cooled lister and starts without question giving the classic phut phut sound.
Moving down into the boat from the stern deck you immediately come into a storage space where you can take off your wet clothes and store them away in the large cupboard on the starboard side. On the port side is a small cupboard for keys and windlass plus lower down you will find the fridge.
Moving forward you will find the shower/toilet space on the starboard side. This large space has been stripped out ready for a new shower and sink to be fitted. The shower tray & screen plus sink are provided as part of this sale. There is also a large Porta Potti in this space which will make a good practical space for the new owner.
Forward again we come to the kitchen area. This space has a large amount of storage giving you loads of room for all the necessary bits and pieces. Here you will find a freestanding Stoves LPG double oven and 4 burner hob. Wall mounted in the corner is the Morco LPG instant hot water boiler. There is also a stainless steel sink and drainer.
Next we move into the open plan living space. Here you will find the Morso Squirrel Stove, which is in the process of being repaired with new top plates and collars. This area has a chest of drawers and cupboard storage space port and starboard on the front bulk heads. This space will easily allow a large sofa bed to be installed or a has the potential for an additional bulk head to be built giving you a reverse layout style boat.
Through the double bow doors you step onto a good size deck with a recently fitted cratch frame (cover included). This would make either a good storage space or as a social area.
