Here we have our beautiful narrowboat Mopps; she has been owned by me from new and has always been well maintained.
The front deck has a stainless steel framed canvas cratch cover ideal for boots and jackets and encloses a stainless steel water tank.
The lounge area has been freshly decorated, as has the rest of the interior, with bookshelves and a Classic Epping Stove which does a fine job of heating the whole boat as well as making the best bread.
The Galley has a Hotpoint 3 way refrigerator, Belfast sink, oak work surface and a 2 burner gas cooker with oven & grill.
The Bathroom has a small bath with overhead shower and a pump out toilet system.
The bedroom has a permanent double bed frame with loads of storage space underneath, and hanging space at the foot of the bed.
The Engine room covers the Marinised Kubota diesel engine( that has always been regularly serviced)
The Morco Gas Water Heater feeding the bathroom and Kitchen when needed.
She comes equipped with a 90w solar panel with controller that helps maintain a good charge on the new, 3 x 110 amh leisure batteries and starter battery during the summer with charging from the engine alternator during the winter. She is 12v throughout with 2 x USB charging points and 2 x cigarette lighter sockets and LED bulbs in all rooms.
She has been freshly blacked with new anodes in September 2020 and whilst that was done we took the opportunity to have her surveyed, which she passed with flying colours (available on request) She also got her BSC and Gas Safety Certs in 2021.
