Artemis is a Collingwood 60’x12’ Eurocruiser, built as a sailaway in 2018 and issued with her post construction conformity report (RCR certificate) in June 2021. She only has 74 hours of engine run time and the Canaline 70HP engine has been regularly serviced and maintained throughout it’s life. Her current Boat Safety Certificate is valid until April 2025.

With no signwriting and mirrored windows she is sleek and stylish in the water. Inside, the use of free standing furniture, wallpaper and modern colours mean you can comfortably live aboard in style. The furniture is included in the sale to make her a turn-key home for the new owners.

Artemis is currently moored at Fettlers Wharf Marina in Rufford and the Marina Owner is open to transferring the mooring to the new owners, subject to direct negotiation. As moorings are hard to come by, this could avoid sitting on a long waiting list.

The kitchen makes no compromise for being on a boat, it has grey high gloss, soft close, kitchen units with underlighting. To maximise kitchen storage space, the kitchen makes full use integrated storage solutions. The kitchen features solid oak worktops with an inset 1.5 sink and a Neff four burner gas hob. Also included is an extractor fan with downlighters, a Belling gas fan oven with and an integrated grill, a full size LG stainless steel fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer.

The bedroom has a large fitted dressing table, three wardrobes and an ottoman double bed. We’ve discovered the bed works perfectly well with a king-size mattress on it.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with a Triton shower and a Whale gulper shower pump and a modern square washbasin. The Thetford C260 cassette toilet features a ceramic bowl and comes with two cassettes included.

The All Seasons full weather stern cover, re-waterproofed in April 2022 and featuring custom made cushions, transforms the cruiser stern deck into an extra room when moored.
