Renée is a stunning 60’ reverse layout cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2018 by Collingwood Boat Builders. She has been expertly fitted out in light painted panels, with oak T& G and oak trim, for a light and modern feel. THE REDUCED PRICE IS NOW £10,000 LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE
The external paintwork is in excellent condition, with the roof repainted in July 2025, and she was last blacked in Autumn 2023 as well.
The cruiser stern deck is 7’6”, with a wrap around taff rail and lockers either side the central doors (gas in the port side). The Canaline 42hp engine is housed below, with only 533 hours on the tacho, and serviced in February 2025. Navigation is aided by a Vetus 55kgf bowthruster.
Steps lead down into the 10’1” galley, with granite worktops, stainless steel sink, Thetford 4 burner gas hob (NEVER USED), Thetford eye level oven & grill (NEVER USED), Kenwood microwave, 12v LEC fridge with an icebox, and plenty of drawers and cupboards for storage.
A starboard side hatch brings in additional light and fresh air, on the way to the 6’3” L-shaped dinette. This converts to a spare double if needed.
The 9’0” saloon follows, with plenty of space for a sofa bed if required, or a couple of comfortable armchairs. There is a Morso Swift solid fuel stove, 240v Samsung 32” TV, and a cupboard for storage.
A walkthrough bathroom (6’0”) follows, with a quadrant corner shower, Thetford cassette toilet with a spare cassette, and a ceramic wash basin over a granite topped cupboard.
Next is the 10’0” bedroom, with a fixed 6’0” x 3’10” bed, with storage under and cupboard over. A very large double full height wardrobe sits by the forward doors, opposite another little cupboard.
Steps lead out into the 3’10” cratch covered well deck, with the stainless steel 395L water tank housed below. The cratch cover features fold up panels and transparent window sections, allowing lots of light in without the risk of rain.
She is centrally heated by a Webasto Thermotop deisel fired system connected to 3 radiators and a towel rail, and hot water is via the Webasto, engine or immersion.
12v power is supplied by 3x 110ah domestics, with a separate starter and bow thruster supply. 240v power is via a Sterling Pro Combi 2.5kw inverter/charger, or landline with a galvanic isolator.
Lighting is LED throughout.
She is beautifully presented, both inside and out, and really is ready to turn the key and go!
