The tug deck has a large lockable storage locker accessible from outside, this gives very useful additional storage and would make an ideal place for tools. There is plumbing fitted for a washing machine.

Entering the cabin there is an open plan lounge with a large free standing sofa bed. The squirrel solid fuel stove with backboiler is positioned next to the front door.

The galley complete with belfast sink, wooden worktops and a sinflow grill/oven/hob has a set of side doors opposite

Moving along the boat the bathroom is offset and has a sink, porta-potti and built in tin bath. Around the bath is tiled and it would be possible to convert this to a shower tray if so desired.

The immaculate engine room is home to a very clean running Lister HW3. The engine cooling is linked to a built in calorifier to generate hot water (as well as the back boiler) There is a 240v shore line connection and sockets fitted within the boat.

The bedroom is at the back, benefitting from a fixed double bed, with storage under and storage cupboards built in.

Acer - would make an ideal home for somebody or equally would make a great extended cruising boat. The boat swims well and is easy to handle. The current owners have travelled a large part of the canal system with the boat and this is a regrettable sale after 11 years living aboard to further other life ambitions.
